Practice

Dr. Fox does not participate in any managed care plan or Medicare.  The majority of her patients use the “out-of network” benefits offered by their insurance to cover a portion of the costs.  The office manager will submit your claim to your carrier for you, and assist you in following the reimbursement process.

Dr. Fox’s fees depend on the length and complexity of the initial office visit.  New patients should expect to spend at least one hour with Dr. Fox; those with more complex needs may require up to two hours.

Time allotted for follow up visits vary with the patient’s specific needs.  Routine office visits are usually 15 to 30 minutes, but more extensive evaluations are available. Costs vary accordingly. Patients can also be assured that requests for office visits are handled promptly.

The on-site laboratory is staffed with an experienced phlebotomist; lab specimens are sent to either Quest or Lab Corp, depending on the patient’s insurance coverage. (Laboratory tests are covered by the patients insurance, including Medicare if applicable).
