Dr. Susan Fox is an internist who provides comprehensive medical care for women and men.  Before becoming a physician, Dr. Fox was a registered nurse.  She received her medical degree from the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons followed by a medical internship at Presbyterian Hospital in New York. She completed her medical residency training at the New York Hospital Cornell Medical Center.  She is board certified in Internal Medicine, and was elected to Fellowship in the American College of Physicians.  She is presently on the staff of New York-Presbyterian Hospital, both Weill Cornell and Columbia Campuses.

Previously, she was the Director of Women’s Health at the Strang Cancer Prevention Center in New York, and Director of Women Physicians for Women in Bergen County, New Jersey.  In her present practice, adult men and women (18 and older) are seen for general medicine.  The practice emphasizes preventive medicine and risk-factor reduction, especially in the cardiovascular area.  This includes weight management, physical fitness, cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes and smoking.  Dr. Fox is also trained in the cosmetic use of laser, for hair removal, skin rejuvenation and spider vein treatment.  She is also trained in the use of cosmetic botox and fillers.
